What is in this build
Hand built, tensioned and trued by LoamLabs. Allow about 2-3 weeks to build, plus shipping.
A deeper-rim wheelset for fast gravel and road riding. The front rim is a Reserve 42 SL and the rear a 49 SL, both 700c carbon Turbulent Aero rims with 24 holes and a 25 mm internal width. The listed weights are 345 g and 385 g.
The hubs are Chris King R45D, Centerlock, in black, 12x100 front and 12x142 rear. The spokes are Sapim CX-Ray, J-bend, in black, with black aluminium nipples; the length for each side is calculated from the rim and hub data at order time.
The rear freehub defaults to SRAM XD-R. Shimano HG-R and MicroSpline are available on the page at no extra cost.
Every set is built by hand at LoamLabs. Valve stems are not included, so you choose them on the next step. The builder shows an estimated build time of two to three weeks.
