30|SL F, 30|HD R Frysauce Carbon
The LoamLabs Expert Take
This "Frysauce" edition is a rider's dream: a perfectly tuned, mixed-duty wheelset. It combines a lighter, more responsive 30|SL front wheel for snappy steering with a stronger, stiffer 30|HD rear wheel for handling big impacts and laying down power. It's the connoisseur's choice for a balanced and dynamic ride feel on the trail.
We sometimes build these wheels in-house to the manufacturer's spec, ensuring availability even when the manufacturer is out.

Rim Bed Redesign
Reserve's new redesigned rim bed eases tubeless installation, with a shaped rim bed utilizing offset spoke holes that allows the tire to easily push past the bead bump to seat tubeless tires.
-
Asymmetrical Design
Asymmetrical rims, like those on the 30|SL and 30|HD, build stiffer, stronger and more reliable wheels by improving the bracing angles and equalizing the spoke tensions between the drive and non-drive side spokes.

Stable and Fast
For two years, we traveled the US, mapping different types of wind conditions, and then used this data to replicate real world conditions in the wind tunnel. All this work culminated in the creation of the first wheelset designed with Turbulent Aero technology.
