Specifically designed to conquer the brutal demands of mixed-wheel (MX / Mullet) e-MTBs, the Reserve E 30|HD 31|DH carbon wheelset delivers the ultimate balance of handling precision, massive durability, and motor-torque transfer.
This purpose-built hybrid pairs the highly responsive 29-inch 30|HD front wheel with the World Championship-proven, bombproof 27.5-inch 31|DH rear wheel. The larger front wheel maximizes rollover capability and front-end traction for squaring off aggressive turns, while the burly 27.5-inch rear wheel easily absorbs heavy e-bike impacts, delivers quick acceleration, and provides the "pop" needed to loft heavier e-bikes into the air.
With dedicated E-Bike approval, zero rider weight limits, and Reserve's legendary lifetime warranty, this mixed-wheel ecosystem gives you the absolute confidence to charge the inside lines and push your e-MTB to its limits.

Externally Reinforced Spoke Holes: Reserve uses externally reinforced spoke holes to strengthen the area where the rim sees the most intense force (around the spoke nipple). This targeted carbon reinforcement provides massively improved pull-out strength against heavy e-bike torque without adding unnecessary rotational weight.
Asymmetrical Design: Asymmetrical rims on both the front and rear create a significantly stiffer, stronger, and more reliable wheel build. By improving the bracing angles and equalizing the spoke tension between the drive and non-drive sides, the wheel provides superior lateral stiffness under the heavy loads of an e-MTB.
Redesigned Rim Bed: The newly redesigned rim beds on both the 30|HD and 31|DH dramatically ease tubeless installation. The specifically shaped rim bed utilizes offset spoke holes that allow the tire to easily push past the bead bump, ensuring a safe, rapid, and secure tubeless seating process.
